Function

We are looking for a driven and customer-oriented Technical Commercial Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers and advising them on our technical products and services. You will act as the link between the customer and our organisation, ensuring that customer requirements are met with appropriate solutions.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer visits: You visit companies that have shown interest in our products or services. During these visits, you represent our company and listen carefully to the customer's needs and wishes.
  • Customer-oriented Advice: Combining your technical knowledge and commercial skills, you answer the customer's questions and give appropriate advice. You make sure the customer feels understood and supported.
  • Quotation Preparation: You prepare customised quotations that meet the client's specific requirements and wishes. You present these quotations in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Follow-up and Service: You accurately follow up on quotations and customer enquiries and convince the customer of the quality and reliability of our services. Through proactive communication and service orientation, you build lasting customer relationships.
