As a stability engineer, you will be deployed within the stability department, whether or not under the guidance of a project leader. Because, if you have the right experience, it is also possible to start immediately as a project leader. You will independently calculate and work out structures with the help of a draughtsman/modeller. You have a great sense of responsibility. Of course, you can always fall back on (the knowledge of) your colleagues. Thanks to your architectural knowledge and practical insight, you always look for the best solutions for constructions, taking into account the financial aspect. The nature and size of our projects are highly varied. In time, you can help determine which specialisation you prefer. Besides stability, our client also offers EPB, ventilation reporting and safety coordination. It goes without saying that mutual communication between the various services is ingrained in our company.

• You have a degree in industrial engineering construction, civil engineering construction or equivalent through experience.
• You are socially and communicatively strong.
• In doing so, you are critical, but always in a constructive way.
• You have a good theoretical, structural knowledge but also a solid practical knowledge.
• You bear the responsibility of your projects.
• Calculating concrete, steel and timber structures does not scare you.
• You can handle pressure well.
• You are Dutch-speaking.

• You speak a fair bit of French and/or English.
