Infrastructure engineer

Our client has the following things to offer:

• You work 40 hours/week.
• Paid catch-up rest days and 10 days off at will.

For this infrastructure engineer vacancy in the Bruges region, I am looking for the following profile:

• You will analyse the client's requirements and translate them into a plan of action.
• You are in charge of the project, communicating with the client and the implementers. You attend all meetings with boards, clients, contractors and possibly residents about your project.
• As a project leader, you autonomously manage the project team from design to execution using your expertise. A successful construction work is above all your achievement.
• You integrate various disciplines such as landscape architects, urban planners and traffic experts in the preliminary design.
• You will prepare tender dossiers. Your tasks include earth-moving calculations, interpretation of the Environmental Health Survey, soil drainage studies and settlement calculations, hydraulic calculations within the framework of the water test, hydronaut calculations, strength calculations for sewers and the application of SB 250 for design preparation.
• You will analyse the bids and prepare the tender report.
• You will monitor the site, organise weekly site meetings, review progress reports, prepare final accounts and as-built.

• You hold a degree in structural engineering. A safety coordinator certificate is a plus.
