As Site manager distribution in Flemish Brabant you are the linchpin in the practical organisation of your sites. Together with your project team, you translate start-up meetings into a concrete work schedule and, in consultation with the project leader, draw up a staff schedule. You supervise and manage your construction sites so that projects are carried out efficiently, on schedule and within budget. Safety protocols, working with site teams and maintaining good communication with subcontractors and suppliers are among your daily tasks. You will also handle administrative tasks such as permit applications, updating project files and recording hours worked. As a link between your teams and other stakeholders, you ensure clear communication and regular updates on progress. In case of problems on site, you address these quickly and effectively and implement preventive measures to optimise the workflow.

For the position of Site manager Distribution In addition to an interest in the cable and pipeline sector, you possess the following qualities:

• A master's or bachelor's degree in a construction engineering discipline or at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• A hands-on mentality, an eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with both your on-site teams and project stakeholders
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Good communication skills in Dutch and French/English.
