Site Manager

As site manager, you are the key figure on the site, where you not only have a solid technical background but are also responsible for the coordination, communication and quality control of current projects. You put various teams to work on four sites, which you monitor and coordinate yourself, and you are present at important matters (placing precast concrete elements, stairs, pouring concrete, etc.).

Below is a sample of your duties:

• Coordinating work on site, from planning to execution, and monitoring deadlines.
• Function as a central point of contact for the project team, subcontractors and external parties.
• Preparing work by studying files and planning work efficiently.
• Participate in site meetings and contribute to smooth communication within the team.
• Oversee quality and safety, ensuring that sites meet the highest standards.

As a site manager, you will largely meet the following requirements:

• A degree in a higher technical field is a plus, but relevant work experience is also appreciated.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, knowledge of French or English is an asset.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to proactively plan and anticipate challenges.
• Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic environment, switching quickly between different tasks and priorities.
• In possession of a driving licence B.
