Site Manager

As a Site Manager in this organisation, you are a crucial pivot in the realisation of projects. Here's an in-depth look at your role:

- As an experienced Site Manager, you will direct asphalt crews consisting of 1-2 teams. Your leadership drives the success of these teams.

- You are the link that takes care of the day-to-day management on site. From planning to execution, you make sure everything runs smoothly.

- Coordinating various aspects of the work seamlessly is your job. In doing so, you monitor progress and intervene where necessary to ensure the project stays on schedule.

- Ensuring the quality of the works carried out is paramount. You perform thorough quality checks to ensure that projects meet the highest standards.

- Your keen organisational skills are reflected in the smooth running of complex operations. You plan efficiently and keep an overview at all times.

- Your proactive and hands-on mentality means that you not only direct, but also actively participate where necessary. You are involved in the operational execution of the work.

- You have a master's degree in a technical field (Civil/Industrial Engineer Construction) or equivalent through experience.

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Manager in a relevant industry.

- Excellent knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of French is a plus.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, stress-resistant, sense of responsibility, and strong organisational skills.

- Solution-oriented, team-oriented and proactive attitude.

- You are flexible both in displacement and time. Occasional night and weekend work may occur.
