Site Manager

For the position of site manager at Zulte, you may expect the following: 

• Your gross salary depends on your knowledge/experience

• Your application will take place in a maximum of 2 interviews, whereby the manager will act purely on a personal basis.

For the job as a site manager in Zulte, you will perform the following tasks: 

• You are responsible for the construction sites from A to Z. This can range from small projects to very large projects. 
• You manage the teams on a daily basis. 
• You are in close contact with the customers. 
• For the administrative part, you can work from home, such as placing orders, planning, invoicing,... 

Our client located in Zulte is looking for an additional site manager to strengthen the team of 8. 

The company specialises in roofing. 

The atmosphere in the group is good, also because of the close cooperation between the people. 

Everyone is equal and there is no hierarchy. There are only site managers in the company, no project managers. 

20% of the projects are for private individuals and are mainly renovation projects, the rest are subcontracted.
