Overall project manager

What will your duties include as a project manager? 

- First of all, you will be in charge of several total projects, from contract date to aftercare.

- You will be in close contact with a select group of architects, but direct contact with clients, suppliers and subcontractors will no doubt also come into play. 

- The idea is to get customers to trust you. So it's best to build a good relationship with them. In this, your colleagues will definitely support you.

- Monitor budget, schedule, quality of works,...
