Service Coordinator

As Service Coordinator, you are the linchpin between customers, technicians and the internal organisation. You ensure efficient planning and coordination of service activities and maintain proactive contact with all parties involved. With your technical knowledge and organisational skills, you contribute to optimal customer satisfaction and service quality.

• Planning and coordinating service assignments
• Monitoring service levels and lead times
• Maintaining customer relations and managing customer expectations
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure service efficiency
• Reporting on service performance and results

For the role of Service Coordinator, we are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• HBO working and thinking level
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a service-oriented environment
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French and English
• Experience with planning and coordination in a technical context
• Customer-oriented, problem-solving and organisational skills
• Knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
