Claims Manager Insurance

In the multifaceted role of Claims Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers wishing to make a claim. You will ensure that every claim is handled carefully and accurately, from start to finish. What you will do like:

• Receiving claims: You speak to customers in a friendly manner via phone or e-mail and gather the necessary information.
• Registration and administration: You accurately record all details of the claim in the system.
• Documentation: You will collect the necessary documents and supporting documents and check them for completeness and accuracy.
• Claims assessment: You assess whether the claim falls within the policy conditions and ensure proper settlement.
• Customer service: You answer questions and keep customers updated on the progress of their claim.
• Relationship management: You maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers, where service and customer satisfaction are paramount.

We are looking for someone who recognises the following:

• Minimum possession of a bachelor's degree.
• Precise and accurate work comes naturally to you.

• Your command of the Dutch language is excellent, both orally and in writing.
