Function

As a file manager, you will be a crucial link in supporting the team in the commercial activities of our client's agency, with a specific focus on corporate clients. You will be responsible for preparing quotes, policies and holding meetings with customers. Fortunately, your experienced colleagues're always on hand to support you. In the initial phase, the emphasis is mainly on administrative follow-up and providing advice to clients. Later on, this range of tasks can be extended to commercial activities such as prospecting, but this is optional and not a requirement. In addition, you regularly work together with the Account Manager on location to get to know customers better, where you then take care of the administrative handling of these interactions.


Profile

  • You have at least a Bachelor's degree or are equal through experience.
  • You possess the required PCP certificates.
