What will you do?

• Samenwerking: Werk nauw samen in een sterk team van drie, bestaande uit jou als schadebeheerder, een productiebeheerder en een account manager. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat elke klant zich volledig ondersteund voelt.
• Specialisatie in BOAR-verzekeringen: Je krijgt de kans om je te specialiseren in BOAR-verzekeringen, waar je een cruciale rol speelt in het vlot en correct afhandelen van schadedossiers.
• Klantgerichte Communicatie: Van begin tot eind begeleid je onze klanten door het volledige proces. Je voorziet hen van duidelijke informatie, deskundig advies en zorg voor een naadloze nazorg.

Voor deze verzekeringsmakelaar in Herentals zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven en enthousiaste Schadebeheerder met het volgende profiel:

• Opleiding en Affiniteit: Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in verzekeringen of hebt een sterke affiniteit met de sector ontwikkeld.
• Ervaring: Je hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring als schadebeheerder bij een verzekeringsmakelaar, zowel met particuliere klanten als met ondernemingen.
• Klantgericht: Klanten staan bij jou altijd voorop. Je bent servicegericht en zet je volledig in om hun problemen op te lossen.
• Taalvaardigheden: Je communiceert vloeiend in het Nederlands. Een degelijke kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
• Leergierig: Je bent bereid om jezelf continu verder te ontwikkelen en te groeien in je functie via diverse opleidingen.
• Communicatief: Je begrijpt als geen ander het belang van duidelijke en vlotte communicatie. Je houdt klanten graag telefonisch of via e-mail op de hoogte van de voortgang van hun dossier.

We are currently looking for a Claims Administrator for an independent insurance broker in the Herentals area, with the aim of expanding the team. As a Claims Administrator, you will be part of one of the leading insurance brokers in the country, with multiple offices spread across Flanders. Unlike a traditional brokerage firm with a limited number of employees, here you will find yourself in an organisation with around 200 professionals. Despite its size, they value the working atmosphere and internal culture, aiming for an open and accessible environment. Moreover, they aim to present themselves as a generalist broker focused on insuring a wide range of clients, from individuals to the self-employed and international companies.
