Claims Manager

Your duties will include the following when you start work as 'Claims Manager' at this office in Meerhout:

• You take charge of the handling of claims files. In doing so, you try to unburden people as completely as possible regarding their claims.
• You will inform and advise customers throughout the process and be responsible for any aftercare.
• You contact the necessary authorities to get everything arranged.

To fill this Claims Administrator vacancy, we are currently looking for the following profile:

• You obtained a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Think finance and insurance or legal practice, or you are equivalent through experience.
• Do you already have initial or more extensive experience within insurance? If so, this is certainly a great fit, especially if you have also come into contact with claims management here.
• You know how to express yourself fluently in Dutch, a basic knowledge of English and French is always useful.
• Experience with the Brio package is a nice plus.
• You are a strong communicator.
• You dare to stand your ground in a way that does not antagonise customers.
