Insurance Advisor

As Insurance Advisor you will be part of this dynamic team and responsible for maintaining and expanding the insurance portfolio at this insurance broker. You advise customers on the best insurance solutions and ensure professional follow-up of their files. Your duties will include:

• Advising clients on insurance and risk management.
• Manage and follow up insurance files.
• Develop customised solutions for mainly private clients.
• Spotting opportunities among self-employed and SME's.
• You are mainly active within BOAR insurance.
• You will contribute to the growth of the office and client portfolio.

For the position of Insurance Advisor we are looking for a motivated professional with the following competences:

• You obtained a degree in a relevant field or are equivalent through experience.
• If you already have initial experience within insurance, then this is definitely a plus. However, if you are a motivated school leaver, then definitely let us hear from you too!
• Knowledge of BOAR insurance is helpful.
• You are willing to support within the claims branch when needed.
• Experience with the software package Brio is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch; knowledge of English or French is an advantage.
• Willingness to undergo training and obtain certificates if required.
• Team player with a customer-oriented attitude.
