Function

As an insurance advisor, you will be responsible for supporting our clients and the team with a wide range of administrative tasks. In addition to these core tasks, you will also be on hand to advise existing customers on their insurance policies, help them with their queries and, if necessary, provide them with expert advice during face-to-face appointments.

  • Perform daily administrative tasks, such as processing policy applications, amendments and renewals.
  • Manage customer files and ensure accurate records.
  • Act as first point of contact for existing customers with questions about their policies.

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar position within insurance.
  • Strong administrative and comunnicative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to relieve colleagues's administrative burden.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and constantly stay up-to-date on the latest developments.
  • Excellent command of Dutch, both written and oral.
