As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in devising tailor-made water treatment solutions for our industrial customers.

New installations and solutions: You will lead the sales of new water installations while coming up with innovative solutions for existing installations.

Technical expertise: Translating customer requirements into the conceptualisation of water treatment plants will be your forte. This includes proposing architectural designs and specifying essential chemical processes such as physical-chemical treatment, filtration, reverse osmosis, ion exchange and evaporation.

Holistic project management: you carry out comprehensive technical assessments, perform pricing calculations, develop project timelines and produce detailed reports for client approval.

Validation by analysis: the proof of concept lies in the data. Your responsibilities extend to the analysis and presentation of results derived from water analyses, carefully performed in our state-of-the-art laboratory facilities.

Project coordination: Collaboration is key. Once a project is secured, you will work closely with our project engineers to ensure seamless progress. Your adaptability to changing client needs will be crucial. You will ensure that all stakeholders are informed while leading the achievement of desired results.

Profile

Your master's degree in bioengineering or chemistry, coupled with substantial experience in the water industry, will give you expertise in techniques such as physicochemistry, dewatering, filtration, ion exchangers, evaporators, disinfection, membrane technology and more.

You combine strong technical insight with commercial flair to convince customers. You can explain complex issues well to a non-technical audience.

You are excited to spend 30-40% of your time on the road, connecting with our current and potential customer base, securing strong customer relationships and nurturing new opportunities.

Managing multiple requests simultaneously while maintaining clarity and composure, even in high-pressure situations, is your strong point. You have an innovative outlook and are focused on continuous improvement.

Our client has specialised in designing and building water and wastewater treatment plants for more than 20 years. They have built more than 100 plants both at home and abroad, serving various sectors, including the food, metal, concrete and pharmaceutical industries.
