Function
You will take on these responsibilities:
> Translating quality standards to the shop floor
You actively implement standards such as ISO, GMP & FSSC
> Overseeing audits
You ensure flawless preparation and execution of internal & external audits

Through root cause analysis & CAPA's, you improve various aspects of production every day

> Following up customer queries
You support and draw lessons from customer quality questions and challenges
Profile
To be able to do your thing here, you should have:
˃ A bachelor's or master's degree with a focus on food, (bio)chemistry, pharma or related field
˃ A few years' experience, but this is not a must
˃ A feel for safety & quality in food/pharma environments
˃ Organisational talent to also cope well with unexpected urgencies
˃ A strong sense of personalities, to enthusiastically pull everyone onto your quality cart
˃ A fearless spirit who can also master administration
˃ Fluent command of Dutch and good knowledge of English.
