Project manager with commercial talent

As project manager, your duties will be as follows:

• You are responsible for the preparation, start-up, follow-up and delivery of projects, i.e. you manage projects from A-Z.
• You will think with clients and architects to ensure the financial picture is right.
• From the project, you determine the technical and human resources.
• You will draw up the schedule and distribute work items directs draftsmen.
• Your duties also include requesting prices from suppliers and subcontractors and placing orders. This is done in collaboration with the purchasing department.
• You provide technical advice on materials and application.
• You will organise the supply of materials, determine the location of machines and organise storage areas.
• Furthermore, you will participate in site meetings, solve day-to-day problems and manage foremen and workers.
• You also ensure that rules, procedures and quality requirements are correctly followed and implemented.
• In cooperation with the administration, you will take care of the preparation of completion reports, compilation of AS-Build files, preparation of progress statements and settlements for additional work.

As a project manager, you preferably meet the following qualities:

• Master's degree in construction or similar through experience
•  Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• You are dynamic and driven
• You are an excellent planner and organiser
• e are highly communicative and customer-oriented
• You are solution- and result-oriented
• You are flexible and stress-resistant
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office
