Project Manager

As Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will be responsible for leading and coordinating luxury and high-end construction projects. 
• You will be responsible for the estimation of projects. 
• You will ensure a seamless transition and handover with the experienced project managers.
• You provide procurement and budgetary follow-up. 
• You will take care of site management up to and including the post-delivery service. 
• You take responsibility for the post-calculation of your sites and provide consultation with management. 

For this position as a Project Manager in luxury and high-end construction projects, we are looking for someone with the following qualities;

• You have initial working experience as a Project Manager, ideally in residential construction.
• You enjoy a bachelor's or master's degree in structural engineering, architecture,... 
• You have excellent communication skills and commercial thinking skills. 
• You have experience in budget management and strategic planning. 
• You have strong organisational and problem-solving skills and the ability to move quickly.
• You can cope well with deadlines and working under pressure.
• If you have experience in villa construction, this is considered a strong plus, but not a requirement.
