Project Manager Electricity

• As project manager, you will be responsible for your projects from the quotation phase through to execution and delivery.
• This means going from A to Z from design, sending price requests, making calculations and working drawings.
• Ordering materials, consulting with subcontractors, etc.... Taking care of site administration, planning the works 
• and the quality of the work delivered. You will consult on a regular basis with the relevant project team and external
•  partners (architects, engineering firms and building owners)
• You will lead a project team and manage the workers so that the project is executed with the right commitment.
• You actively participate in site meetings where you act as the first point of contact for the customer.
• Finally, you prepare billing or monthly requisition statements.

• You preferably enjoyed a higher technical education in electrical engineering and complement this with several years of relevant
• work experience. You have strong technical and organisational skills and you can be structured, meticulous and cost-conscious
• work. You are stress-resistant, flexible and customer-oriented. You have a great sense of responsibility and know how to stimulate and motivate people. 
• You are fluent in communication and can negotiate with interlocutors at all levels.

This company with around 50 employees specialises within industrial electricity.

Permanent contract of unlimited duration.

Salary according to experience supplemented by: company car, meal and eco cheques, hospitalisation and group insurance, net expenses.
