To join their team, they are looking for an experienced project manager to be responsible for the start-up, follow-up and completion of various projects. Your time will be divided between office work (60%) and on-site work (40%). As soon as you receive a file from our estimator, you will take the lead.



Your tasks:

  • Attend planning meetings with the management team
  • Collection of technical documentation, such as sheets, wiring diagrams and quotations
  • Summarising files for further processing by draughtsmen
  • Checking material availability and placing orders
  • Tracking deliveries and checking incoming materials
  • Preparation of as-built files and progress reports
  • Scheduling staff in consultation with your fellow project manager
  • Leading site start-up meetings and follow-up meetings
  • Daily (de)briefing of technicians, both on site and in the office
  • Function as intermediary and mediator within projects
  • Preparation of delivery notes for the projects

  • Flexible, proactive and independent
  • Diplomatic and assertive in following up on projects
  • Enthusiastic and passionate about HVAC
  • Able to manage your own agenda efficiently
  • Eager to learn and quick to absorb new information


Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree is a plus, but enthusiasm, ability to learn and drive are more important
  • Experience in the HVAC sector is an advantage
  • Knowledge of electricity and good command of MS Office
  • Excellent command of Dutch, both written and oral
