Project Manager

- As Project Manager, you will be responsible for both the technical and financial follow-up of projects.

- You will manage a team consisting of work planners and project engineers.

- You will work closely with site managers to complete projects to perfection.

- Clear communication with all stakeholders is key, and where necessary, you make adjustments.

- After delivery, you thoroughly evaluate the project with all parties involved.

As Project Leader, you will be the driving force behind the projects, responsible not only for the technical and financial aspects, but also for managing a dedicated team. - A Master's degree in Architecture and/or equivalent experience accumulated as a Project Manager over the years.

- Several years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in large-scale projects.

- Excellent people management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

- A results-oriented attitude and the ability to make proactive adjustments where necessary.

- Mental flexibility and the ability to move quickly in a dynamic environment.

- Strong organisational skills and an accurate working method.

- Excellent command of both Dutch and English languages.
