Project manager - Building technology

As project manager building techniques, you are responsible for the timely, qualitative and autonomous execution of one large or several smaller project(s) in the field of building techniques in the most efficient and economical way possible.

You follow up the process from preparation to delivery, always in close consultation with the project manager of construction engineering.

he prepares the dossier, defines and optimises execution methods, is jointly responsible for contract formation, directs subcontractors during execution and monitors the quality of the work carried out at all times.

• You have a higher degree in a construction or engineering discipline, and can look back on relevant experience in complex projects.
• You have a broad technical base and an extensive network. You follow new developments in building technology with great interest.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English
• You work fluently with common MS Office packages, as well as with planning's and BIM tools.
