HOUSING PROJECT MANAGER

As a housing project manager, you will be responsible for:

• the follow-up and smooth transition of several construction sites this from the structural works up to and including the complete finishing.
• efficiently planning and organising construction sites
• addressing the customer
• coordinating the various subcontractors
• the smooth planning, ordering of the material

This family-owned company focuses on creating turnkey homes tailored to customers' needs. This concerns newly built houses and flats mainly in the West & East Flanders region.

As a housing project manager, you preferably have the following profile:

• you have a bachelor's or master's degree in construction (or equivalent through experience)
• you are flexible
• you work in a solution-oriented way
• you like customer satisfaction
• you are communicative and stress-resistant
