Project leader EV Charge / Electricity

As a Project Engineer, you will receive a short but clear training to then go independently to customers and to the site to manage our electricity projects. Within this company, you can count on close cooperation with your direct colleagues and experts across the other departments. For example, you will monitor and coordinate the installation of electric charging infrastructure; or the electricity and lighting of office buildings. The range of projects is wide-ranging and varied; leaving you the eternal student.

Your duties:

• Together with your team of experts and technicians, you ensure qualitative preparation; and further follow up projects independently.
• You keep a sharp eye on the technical issues of the projects; and keep a close eye on delivery times and materials.
• Through safety initiatives and the sharing of valuable lessons, you make sure everyone gets home safely in the evening.
• Besides executive matters; you make sure that everything can happen within the predefined commercial framework.
• You will also be a mentor to direct colleagues and field installers.
• You do not lose sight of the aftercare of the project. You communicate the delivery to the customer and give internal orders for invoicing.

• You obtained a minimum bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. electrical engineering; electromechanics, energy technology) and have at least 5 years' experience on construction sites in electricity.
• Your healthy interest in electrical engineering; power engineering and automation is a great asset, but more important are your helicopter view and sense of analysis and consultation to deliver a project from A to Z to the customer together with your colleagues.
• You have a basic knowledge of Autocad and Caneco (cable calculations).
• Knowledge of Autocad and Caneco for cable calculations are a plus;
• You can work fluently in Outlook and MS Office.
• You are administratively strong and have excellent planning and organisation skills.
• You are not afraid to take charge and you are smooth to get employees at all levels on board.
• You are flexible in terms of working hours and travel within Belgium and Luxembourg.
• You can work in an independent manner, but also enjoy working on shared goals.
• Besides very good knowledge of Dutch; other languages is an advantage.
