• As a project manager, you will be responsible for the shell construction of buildings through to the construction of car parks.
• The project manager coordinates the various parties (building owner, subcontractors, own workers).
• You are responsible for control and quality in accordance with plans and specifications.
• You supervise the execution of the work.
• You are responsible for efficiency and the equipment to be used.
• As a project manager, you will be responsible for safety on site.
• You have the operational management of the yard and staff.
• You carry out control of planning and personnel.
• You will be responsible for monitoring site safety.

Our client specialises in industrial construction. They are looking for a project manager to join the structural works team. Their offices are located in a beautiful green area easily accessible by car.

• You have a construction degree or equivalent experience.
• You have several years of relevant experience in the construction industry as a project manager.
• You have good organisational and contact skills and you are customer-oriented.
• You can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility in working hours is a plus.
• Crossing Belgium doesn't scare you away.
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch and a basic knowledge of French.
