Project Manager

As project leader, you are responsible for completing the following tasks;

• together with the team you are responsible for the realisation of the construction projects from A to Z
• you work together with your colleague to win a project
• you work on the preparation of the project
• you draw up the implementation plans
• you take the orders
• you draw up the planning
• you follow up the work well
• you attend site meetings

You will therefore be active both in the office and on the job site and will be an important link in the entire process.

The company is a medium-sized class 5 construction company with about 50 employees, active in a niche segment of industrial construction. Within their niche, they have built up a very strong reputation over the past 20 years and are among the top players in the Benelux. They specialise in new building and renovation in the food and pharmaceutical sectors. They continue to grow year after year, even in times of corona and are therefore currently looking for a Project Leader.

For the position of project leader, we are very pleased if you;

• have a bachelor's or master's degree in a construction engineering subject.
• already have a first relevant work experience.
• have an interest in industrial construction.
• Have a good knowledge of Dutch and spoken French.
• Have knowledge of Autocad and the usual MS office packages.
• are an arithmetical wonder.
