We are looking for a (Project) Architect who likes to spar with the other architects. Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

- You are responsible for the complete handling of the files from A to Z.

- You will be the point of contact for the client and will be in close contact with external partners.

- You will also manage the architectural draftsmen.

- You will monitor the design, budget, timing and quality of the projects.

For our client, we are currently looking for a (Project) Architect. The architectural firm is located in the region of Antwerp, in a green area close to several arterial roads. They have only been active for a few years, but are already in full expansion and therefore need help from some new colleagues's who can support them in the execution of the projects. The activities of this architectural firm are mainly in the residential sector. Both private individuals and property developers are among their clientele. In addition to private projects, larger urban development projects are also planned today. Challenge and variety guaranteed!

The (project) architect we are looking for has the following qualities and skills:

- You have a relevant degree in architecture.

- Ideally, you already have several years of experience as an architect.

- You are interested in actively following up the implementation.

- You can express yourself well in the Dutch language.

- The programmes's Autocad, MS Office and SketchUp hold few secrets for you.

- You have a good knowledge of construction.
