Production Manager

• As the person in charge of a production process, you will be responsible for the start-up, elaboration, follow-up and validation of this process. This includes various activities such as cutting, stacking, storing materials and quality control.
• You lead a team (5 shift leaders) that directly and indirectly includes several managers and assistants. Indirectly, this team includes a large number of employees (100 or so).
• You bear responsibility from the start of a project to its securing. Together with your team, you will analyse improvement opportunities within the various processes and manage improvement teams. You will also ensure the assurance of results through training, documentation and KPI's.
• You will report to the manager and work closely with other production managers.

• You have a master's degree in engineering and would like to work in an industrial environment
• You have experience in a similar position and People management skills
• You are strong in data-driven analysis & accurate in your reporting
• You have strong organisational skills and know how to set priorities
• You enjoy working in a team towards a common goal and know how to bring out the best in employees
• You are flexible and feel responsible for the correct and timely realisation of projects
• You have good communication skills in Dutch and English.
