In this function you will work closely with manufacturing & finance stakeholders to solve problems & generate optimisation management & accountability of stakeholders that will directly impact financial results of the business unit.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• You will be monitoring performance indicators in order to identify and then validate optimisation plans
• You will improve the existing database in order to support the decision making for management
• You will present ad hoc business analysis and recommendations to senior management
• You will liase between manufacturing and FP&A to drive accurate projections
• You will recommend improvements and provide scoping documents for system enhancements.
• You will be responsible for reporting through SAP and PowerBI
• You will maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over reporting and analysis guidelines
• You will work closely with the FP&A Analyst in the team and report to the plant controller

• You have a masters degree in business or industrial engineering and a first experience in a manufacturing environment
• You have some insights into the technical and/or logistical problems a manufacturing environment faces, in order for you to translate these topics to financial targets
• You are able to interpret financial results, communicate effectively and implement mechanisms for new reporting insights
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of any other language is a plus
• You work fluently with Excel. Knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is a plus
