The maintenance manager ensures that all production equipment is in good condition so that it can be operated safely and efficiently;

- Works maximum preventive maintenance;

- Managing the maintenance team of +/- 5 technicians on a daily basis;

- Is the contact person of external maintenance personnel

- You analyse faults and work out solutions;

- Coordinates all maintenance work with production and takes into account production planning;

- Management of maintenance budgets;

- Works closely with the Technical Manager to develop investments;

This manufacturing company operates within heavy industry.

- You have a completed education at Bachelor level in a technical field;

- Preferably supplemented by maintenance management training

- You have sufficient experience with electrical installations to perform fault analysis;

- You are precise, overseeing the big picture with an eye for detail;

- You have strong communication skills and are a team player;

- You have good knowledge of Microsoft programmes;

- You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages;

- Experience in a project-based manufacturing environment is a plus;

- Carries safe working to a high standard;
