Lean Coordinator
Function
As Lean Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

Profile
As a Lean Coordinator, you can largely tick off the requirements below:
- You have a bachelor's degree and already several years of work experience in a similar position.
- You preferably have previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
- You have technical understanding from your degree or experience.
- You have a good knowledge of lean management.
- If you have already completed Six Sigma training then this is a plus.
- You have good organisational and analtysic skills.
- You are good at supervising cross-functional working groups.
- Furthermore, you are good at initiating and implementing change processes.
- You can work well in team and can also stand your ground well.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO 14001 standards is an asset.
- You are comfortable with MS Office applications.
- You speak very good Dutch and English.
