Technical Inside Sales

You will join a small, close-knit team and will take on the following tasks:

- Preparation and management of quotations for conveyor installations

- First point of contact for customers and prospects

- Coordinating with the sales representative(s), other Internal Sales colleagues and the planner so that customer interventions run smoothly

- Ordering material, following up delivery and stock management. Coordination with the warehouseman(s) is essential here

- You also ensure that equipment reaches the customer in time so that the service team can start work at the customer's premises on time

- Further handling of service receipts, service calculations and invoicing

- Handle any complaints in a professional manner

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or similar experience in a technical sales role
• You are eager to learn and willing to dive into the technical details of conveyor belts and their components
• You have a commercial attitude and are also an administrative jack-of-all-trades
• Someone who is comfortable in a high paced environment and can prioritise well
• You are a real team player and are flexible to handle last-minute assignments smoothly
• Experience with ERP packages (Navision) and MS Office
• You are perfectly Dutch-speaking, French and/or English are a plus
