Function

We are looking for a Company law lawyer Who will join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice on a wide range of corporate law issues. Your duties will include:


  • As a lawyer specialising in corporate law, you will advise clients directly on corporate law issues and act as the primary point of contact for the case managers for all their legal queries. You will also work closely with certified tax accountants and support them in their corporate law files.
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of notarial deeds, such as deeds of incorporation, dissolutions, amendments to articles of association, mergers and demergers. In the case of restructurings, you will also draft merger or demerger proposals. In addition, you perform a coordinating role to ensure that all involved comply with the deadlines of the relevant file.
  • Your duties also include drafting private agreements, such as shareholder agreements, letters of intent, transfer of shares, leases and loan agreements.
  • You will also be responsible for fulfilling various formalities, such as publications in the Belgian Official Gazette, registrations in the CBE and UBO registers, and drafting all assignment letters.
