(Junior) Tax lawyer

You will work in a team of about 10 people and together you will solve tax and legal issues for clients and fellow accountants.

You will analyse the legal and tax risks's of transactions, develop solutions, provide advice and independently manage the files entrusted to you.

In addition, you support your fellow accountants with compliance, such as complex personal and corporate income tax returns, and assist with tax audits and proceedings. You will also prepare appeals and ruling requests when required.

Finally, you will co-write tax-legal articles for our client's newsletters and share your knowledge with fellow accountants during internal seminars.

• You have a master's degree in Law or have completed a course in Tax Law at the School of Taxation. Both recent graduates and experienced lawyers are eligible for this position.
• You communicate customer-focused on legal issues.
• You handle confidential information with discretion.
• You express yourself well in Dutch, both orally and in writing.
