As a File Manager, you will naturally be responsible for the accounting processing of all data and for several companies.
Everything starts, of course, with entering the necessary invoices and banks.
Afterwards, you will provide support with VAT returns.
The broader the experience you already have or the more experience you build up within this accounting firm, the more extensive your duties will become. In time, for example, you will certainly be able to provide support with personal and corporate tax returns.
When customers have questions, apart from the advisory meetings, they can of course also come to you. You therefore assist them with concrete and correct advice based on your knowledge.
In this way, you can eventually grow into independently managing files from A to Z, possibly even taking charge of the advisory meetings.

We are looking for an additional file manager for our client. As a file manager, you will join a young accounting firm of about 2-3 people currently. The firm has been active for about three years now and has already experienced tremendous growth. In doing so, they start from their own story where everything is done digitally as much as possible but also a story where honesty and the drive to do well are clearly present. Since the firm was established in 2019, there has also been almost no attrition of clients and clients continue to come in all the time. This is therefore one of the reasons why an additional associate is being looked out for within this firm.

To fill this position of File Administrator within this accounting firm in the Tielt-Winge region, we are looking for someone who recognises themselves in the following:

• You hold a graduate, bachelor's or master's degree in an accounting field.
• If you do not have a degree in an accounting field but are actively involved in accounting and know how to convince us of your commitment and drive, then you can certainly be considered for this vacancy as well.
• If you already have experience in an accounting firm, this is certainly a plus but this is not a requirement either.
• You have a professional-level command of the Dutch language.
• You are totally on board with the digital story and therefore have no problem with being fully on board with the digital momentum going on within the office.
• You are someone who does not just 'just come to work' but you are someone with a barrel of desire to always provide the best service.
• Naturally, as a file manager, you are someone who has an eye for detail and will not stop until everything is correct.
