To join the team of this company in the Kontich region, we are looking for an A-Y accountant. Your duties will include the following tasks:

• You prepare the invoices and ensure correct processing of the outgoing invoices. Furthermore, you are also responsible for reminders.
• In addition to outbound invoicing, you will also be responsible for processing inbound invoicing.
• You will be responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
• You book the banks.
• You will be responsible for basic reporting of figures.
• You keep a record of current cost prices.
• You will be responsible for a number of administrative tasks including that of current loans, handling BA claims and other administrative tasks.
• You do not shy away from supporting colleagues where necessary.

You do all this in consultation with the external accountant who you can contact for all your questions. This person will then also take care of the extensive reporting and closures.

They have been active for about 50 years now, which makes them an established company in the Kontich region. They always aim for a total approach, starting from the plan, the installation and everything related to the after-care of the electricity installation. The projects are in various sectors, ranging from industry and offices to public buildings. They are active in lighting, data cabling, home automation & building systems, security & access controls, low, medium and high voltage, emergency power supply and utilities. For this position, we are looking for the person who can identify with the following:

• You hold a bachelor's degree in Business Management: Accountancy-Taxation or equivalent.
• You can count on a backpack filled with several years of experience in an accounting role.
• Of course, you possess the necessary eye for detail to make sure everything figures out.
• You can express yourself fluently at a professional level in Dutch.
• You are fluent in MS Office.
