As a Proactive Interior Project Coordinator, you will be pivotal in coordinating and supervising our client projects. From the moment a signed offer comes in, to the successful end of the project, where your focus is on quality and profitability.

Proactive Project Management:

  • Thoroughly study the offer file and proactively ask for clarifications if needed.
  • Preparation of detailed project planning in our CRM system with a dynamic and forward-looking approach.

Customer-centric Communication:

  • Customer-oriented and open communication with an empathetic "touch".
  • Initiating the first customer contact with flair and following it up properly.

Collaboration and People Management:

  • Actively collect additional prices from suppliers/subcontractors.

  • Skill in Sketch-Up is a must, experience with ERP, Smartsheet, MS Office, Cadviewer, IMOS, WoodCadCam and WoodWop is a plus.
  • Dutch-speaking is a must, knowledge of French and English is nice.
  • In possession of VCA Vol certificate.
