Your responsibilities:

• You will take care of the administration of insurance files and ensure proper handling of claims.
• You will work closely with your colleagues's from other departments to identify and exploit cross-selling opportunities.
• You will keep abreast of the latest developments in the insurance world and attend regular training and education courses.

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Legal Practice, Finance and Insurance).
• Both starters and experienced professionals are welcome. Your eagerness to learn and customer-oriented attitude are most important.
• You have good communication skills, a proactive attitude and handle administrative tasks accurately.
• You have a strong focus on customer satisfaction and are able to deal with customers in an empathetic and professional manner.
