Insurance claims manager

As Claims Manager Insurance you will be the pivotal figure supporting customers in claims. Your responsibilities include independently managing claims files, from declaration to settlement. You ensure accurate file follow-up and are the point of contact for all parties involved. In addition, you are responsible for communication with experts and insurance companies and ensure correct and swift claim settlement. With your analytical skills and empathy, you make the difference for the customer.

For the position of Claims Manager Insurance we are looking for the following profile:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in insurance or legal practice
• 0-3 years' experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch
• Good organisational skills and a precise working method
• Customer-oriented attitude and empathy
• Good knowledge of MS Office
