Account Manager Insurance

As an Insurance Account Manager, you will play a key role in both the inside and outside commercial departments. Your mission is to put our customers first every day and provide them with the best service.

In your role, your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers to the office and providing professional advice on our product range;
• Managing and following up files, actively contributing to excellent customer satisfaction;
• Developing new business opportunities and expanding your client portfolio independently.

You are expected to strike a nice balance between inside and outside sales.

As an Insurance Account Manager, you are/have:

• At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in a commercial field or finance/insurance;
• Interest in the sector;
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
• Experience in sales, or specifically in insurance products;
• Independent, but also a team player;
• Flexible and proactive, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service;
• In possession of a driving licence B and willing to travel within the region.
