File manager Insurance

As an Insurance File Manager' you are the first point of contact for clients. You perform an advisory role and act as an expert in all areas of insurance. Your duties include the following tasks:

• Integral processing and follow-up of policies.
• Liaising, mainly by email and telephone, with customers to assist them with all their insurance queries.
• Analysing guarantees, evaluating cases and making proposals that meet client needs.
• Daily communication with colleagues's and contacts at various insurance companies.

To fill this role, we are looking for the person who can identify with the following:

• You have a bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance or equivalent through experience.
• Do you have knowledge of Brio? If so, this is definitely a plus but not a requirement.
• You are passionate about helping customers and keen to be part of a close-knit team where you will work both independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented thinking are in your DNA.
• You know how to express yourself professionally in Dutch; knowledge of other languages is always useful.
• You are looking for a new professional challenge.
