Head of Engineering

As Head of Engineering you will play a crucial role at the forefront of innovation and technological development within the company. You will be responsible for leading the design and manufacture of industrial machinery.

• Lead design and development projects for advanced plasma handling machines.
• High-level project management.
• Help build a growing and highly innovative company.
• Coordinate and manage projects from concept to execution.
• Managing a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians.
• Working with customers to provide customised solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Driving innovation through research and development in plasma technology.
• Optimising production processes for cost reduction and quality improvement.

For this challenging role, we are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial machinery design and manufacturing.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Skills in CAD software, FEA analysis and CNC programming.
• Experience in P&L management and budgeting.
• Expertise in process optimisation.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Core competencies in design, R&D, project management, leadership, process optimisation and technical compliance.
