In this versatile role as Financial Controller at our client, you are constantly maintaining and improving existing reporting and analysis. Your goal? To provide management with qualitative and performance-oriented information. In addition, you act as the point of contact for process improvements, initiating and supervising improvement projects yourself.

You are not only an important sparring partner for various stakeholders within the group, but also a crucial link in the preparation of clear financial reports and presentations. You share these, after thorough analysis and in collaboration with your colleague Controller, to give business unit management and other stakeholders insight into the current state of affairs and future expectations.

With a keen eye for market trends and developments, you are able to make forecasts and concrete recommendations. You will also ensure the accuracy and integrity of accounting and financial data, working closely with the accounting department and other stakeholders to ensure smooth monthly and year-end closing.

You not only prepare management reports, but also present them to management after thorough analysis. In addition, you are the go-to person for ad-hoc analyses and reports at the request of management and other stakeholders. By translating strategic objectives into relevant KPIs, you keep a finger on the pulse throughout the year to make timely adjustments to plans and budgets when necessary.

Actively contributing to the optimisation of financial-related processes, controls, analyses and reporting, you will also be responsible for identifying and managing risks. You do all this with direct reporting to the group CFO.

• You are in possession of a Graduate or Bachelor's degree in an accounting subject.
• Accurate work is a matter of course for you.
• You have good communication skills and a hands-on attitude.
• You have a good command of the Dutch language.
