Finance Officer

As Finance Officer, you will provide financial and administrative support to your colleagues's and have the following duties:

• Changing financial parameters in our customers' contracts, as well as performing VAT transfers and writing off invoices;
• Answering various financial queries from colleague's via phone as well as ticket system;
• Taking care of manual invoicing;
• Invoice recognition and verification to support AP;
• Provide advice on unblocking customers and checking their credit status;
• The administrative processing of wage garnishments.

As a Finance Officer, you are/have:

• Minimum A2 diploma;
• First experience in a finance function is a plus;
• Hands-on mentality and can gçoed your priorities;
• Positive attitude;
• A smooth team player who enjoys motivating and encouraging colleagues;
• Strong administrative skills;
• Stress resistant;
• A fluent communication style, both in Dutch and French;
• You can handle financial information with discretion and are extremely punctual.
