Billing clerk

As an Invoicing Clerk, you will ensure that all invoices are processed correctly and paid on time. Your responsibilities are:

• Process and manage incoming and outgoing invoices.
• Approve and disburse incoming invoices.
• Monitoring payment deadlines and sending payment reminders.
• Ensure structured administration of all billing-related documents.
• Reporting to the business manager.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• An undergraduate degree, ideally in Business Management, SME Management, Accounting or Finance.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language; knowledge of French is a plus.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Proactive and practical working attitude.
