Branch manager

You will be working in a fun environment with a good atmosphere where there is plenty of room for entrepreneurship. You will have a varied job and can make an impact on the further development of the wholesale business. It is a full-time employment in a 40-hour week, which also entitles you to 12 ADV days. You can also count on a nice gross salary supplemented with hospitalisation insurance, net expenses and a car.

As a branch manager, your responsibilities will include the following:

• You take care of the customer contact and always put the interests of the customer first.
• You proactively follow up with clients and know what is going on with your clientele.
• You think ahead and work autonomously and actively to further expand the wholesale business, for which you focus on expanding the customer portfolio within Belgium.
• Besides sales, part of your responsibility will also be in stock management.
• You are ultimately responsible for wholesale operations.
• You manage a team of motivated employees (2-3 people).
• You are responsible for the correct administrative processing of orders and deliveries.
• Your commercial flair will ensure beautiful growth.

Our client focuses on the production of custom-made gates, automation and fencing. Moreover, they also have their own wholesale business specialising in fencing and barriers, where they mainly operate in the B2B market (garden contractors, construction sites, etc.). They are currently looking for a branch manager to run the wholesale business operationally and achieve further growth.

As a branch manager, you can tick off most of the following items:

• You have a technical background.
• You have a solution-oriented approach.
• You are entrepreneurial, dynamic and proactive.
• You have a good knowledge of MS-Office packages.
• You preferably have experience with an ERP/MRP package such as Exact Online.
• You are hands on and can work independently.
• You are a fluent communicator.
• You have commercial talent and ambition to expand the wholesale business.
