Function

As a work planner, you will be responsible for part sales support, work preparation and administrative tasks:


  • Sales Support:
  • Taking care of order intake and processing.
  • Coordinate shipments and certifications.
  • Entering items into the ERP system.
  • Function as back-up for colleagues's.

  • Technical Administrative:
  • Daily creation of material certificates for customers.
  • Administrative support for procurement of raw materials and materials.
  • Develop expertise in the ERP system, focusing on scanning and data processing in production.
  • Provide support to the logistics department.

  • Work preparation production:
  • Analysing production steps and work sequences for CNC parts.
  • Lead follow-up calculations and improvements for future bids.
  • Final inspection of finished pieces.
  • Building expertise in cutting tools for plastics.
  • Analysing supplies using drawings to estimate materials.

Profile

As a Work Planner, you can largely find yourself in the profile description below:

  • You have a technical background, preferably combined with a bachelor's degree.
  • You have a good command of MS Office including Excel.
  • You are a team player with strong communication skills.
  • You have a very good command of Dutch and English. Knowledge of German is a plus, but not a must.
  • You are able to interpret technical drawings.
  • Affinity with the plastics and/or machining industry is a plus.
