Function

After a thorough familiarisation period under the supervision of some experienced colleagues, you will be responsible for:

- File management for various companies from A to Z

- Possibility of managing international files as well

- Preparation of (interim) balance sheets and profit and loss accounts

- Tax returns

- Proactive communication and implementation of digital tools to customers

- Administrative support

- Tax optimisations

- Assisting junior accountants in their growth

Organisation

Our client has been offering services as an accountant and tax consultant for over 30 years to both Belgian and international clients. In addition, they also assist clients with acquisitions, mergers, reorganisations, real estate projects, valuations, family transfers and succession planning, and to this end they work together with their offices in Bruges and Brussels.

The office has recently taken important steps in the context of digitalisation of the entire accounting flow and is looking for a file manager to help shape its further growth. They are located in a green and quiet area of Berchem, close to all public transport. You will join a young and dynamic team in a family environment.

Profile

Who are we looking for?

- Bachelor/Master Accountancy or equivalent

- Several years of relevant work experience

- Healthy interest in IT (we work with Exact Online & Silverfin)

- Good language skills (N-F-E) are a plus, as you often work with international clients

- Independent, sociable and communicative

- Eager to learn and flexible
