For this position of 'Expert Insurance' in the Grobbendonk area, we are looking for someone who will take on the following tasks within the office:

• You will be responsible for managing and growing an insurance portfolio of the bank's existing clients and prospects.
• You are responsible for providing professional advice as an expert in the insurance market. In doing so, you always have an eye for the customer's needs in order to increase customer satisfaction.
• You actively approach clients and help build a network.
• You will assist clients in all their insurance projects.
• You handle customer queries and proactively analyse the existing insurance portfolio in order to further expand it.

Our client is a branch network of a well-known major bank within Belgium. They currently have about five branches spread across De Kempen. Within these 5 branches, about 35 people are working in various positions. This branch network targets both private and professional clients. Due to the vastness of the branch network, they can count on a nice client base that is nevertheless locally anchored. As a future 'Expert Insurance', you will mainly work from one specific office. Of course, there may always be some mobility.

To get started as an 'Insurance Expert' within this major bank in the Grobbendonk area, we are looking for someone who can identify with the following:

• You will ideally have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• You have already built up experience within a similar position.
• You breathe one and all customer focus.
• You are someone who is very commercially minded, obviously you are not going to sell hoovers but the necessary portion of commercial drive is required.
• You are enthusiastic and communicative.
• You are flexible and sociable.
• You enjoy maintaining contacts.
• You are willing to work in different offices of the bank if required.
• You speak Dutch at a professional level.
